DELIVERY POLICIES

Our dedicated delivery teams are only able to ensure that your order arrives at the right time in the right place if you provide us with complete delivery instructions. We need the name of the recipient,    the correct address to include the name and number of the house/hotel/apartment block or Company name.  We need to know if the delivery is to a business or personal address.  Can the delivery be left with a hotel reception/neighbour/outside the delivery address?  You need to provide two telephone numbers in case of delivery issues.  Precise instructions such as a hotel room number will of course speed up the delivery.  This information is solely for the purpose of delivering your floral gift on time and to avoid extra costs for a second delivery

POSSIBLE SITUATIONS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY:

  1. If the named recipient is not at the delivery address, the floral gift will be left with the person at the address.
  2. If there is no one at the delivery address to recieve your floral gift we need a telephone number to call to inform the recipient whether the delivery is with a neighbour or family friend in the same Street.
  1. If we are unable to contact anyone at the telephone numbers provided, we will leave your floral gift with the nearest neighbour and will advise the sender.
  1. When there is no one at the delivery address, no answer on the telephone numbers provided and a neighbour will not accept the floral gift for safe keeping we will leave a written message at the delivery address to contact us to arrange a second delivery. Our delivery team will notify the sender of any additional charges for the second delivery.
  1. If the receipient does not wish to receive the floral gift we will contact the sender who can for a second delivery charge arrange for the gift to be delivered to another address in the same área. Floramex cannot take responsibility when a gift is not accepted and no refund is possibe.
  1. If a delivery is to a business/office address we will endeavour to receive a signature for the delivery of the floral gift, if the internal policy allows, alternatively we will deliver the floral gift to the receptionist or security guard.
  2. For Hotel deliveries we need clear instrutions starting with whether the floral gift is for an employee or a guest. For an employees we will need to know which department the employee works in i.e. kitchen, accounting or housekeeping. For a guest a room number would be helpful however we will deliver to reception/conciege/security as delivery staff are prohibited from room delivery.  Once Floramex has delivered the floral gift, which will have been signed for, it is the responsibility of the Hotel to ensure the receipient receives your gift.  Floramex cannot take responsibility for the Hotel’s actions.

  3. For a hospital delivery of flowers, fruit, snacks, ballons and stuffed animals it is important to provide the name of the hospital, ward or room number for a patient or advise us is the delivery is for a member of staff. For staff deliveries we will need to be informed of the área in the hospital the recipient works. Some hospitals do not allow floral deliveries – please check before ordering.  If the delivery is made and the hospital refuses floral deliveries, the sender provide an alternative address in the same área and pay for a second delivery.  No refunds are possible once the arrangement has been made and delivered.
  1. Floramex always priorities funeral orders. It is imperative that we have the Funeral Home name, telephone number, the schedule for the services to include location/room.

Flower Longevity

Floramex uses premium quality flowers and foliage from the best suppliers.  It is imposible to predict the longevity of the floral arrangement due to change climate in each región.  The receipient should change the wáter daily and ensure they are in a cool, shady location out of direct sunlight, fans or drafts.

Floramex uses your personal information only for the safe delivery of your floral gift.  Floramex does not sell, rent, share or give your details to any third party.
